A. We recommend mixing the Brown’s Gas (BG) into the air before the air goes through the engine’s filter.   Put the BG into the air filter housing so that the BG must travel through the air filter.  I like to point the BG hose right at the air filter (inside the housing).  The engine’s air filter will then remove any residue of electrolyte from the BG
The HyZor makes it’s own pressure to push the BG out.  You do NOT need engine intake vacuum to ‘pull’ the BG out of the HyZor.
A vacuum in the HyZor actually makes it LESS efficient, because it makes the bubbles bigger.  It looks like you are getting more gas but it isn’t true.
If you get electrolyte into your engine, it will ‘eat’ or corrode aluminum parts.  This actually makes hydrogen as it destroys your engine,  So you get a great mileage gain and then have a big repair bill.
Putting the BG through the air filter will cause a more modest mileage gain, and will protect your engine.

Mr. Wiseman got into Brown’s Gas simply because he wanted it in his own shop. As an inventor he is always building things that are not ‘on the shelf’. and he learns every exotic welding technique he can. He wanted Brown’s Gas because it had properties that he wanted.

At the time (1991) Mr. Wiseman could not afford to buy a Brown’s Gas machine. He applied his considerable innovative resources to build his own. By applying techniques learned during his Free Energy research, he ended up with a technology that was half the size and weight, while being twice as efficient as traditional electrolyzers. He wrote books detailing his research and to teach anyone how-to build the world’s most practical electrolyzers.

In the process of developing the Brown’s Gas technology for his own use, Mr. Wiseman started discovering other uses for the gas.

Realizing both the tremendous benefits possible to civilization and the huge profit potential, he started to manufacture versions of his electrolyzer.

A. After you purchase your HyZor Basic Kit, you will automatically have access to the HyZor Resources through the applicable section of your eStore account.

A. The HyZor Technology is identical in both the Book and the HyZor Basic Kit.
Everything in the ‘HyZor Technology’ book is applicable to the ER HyZor (basic) Kit except that we have designed the kit chamber, components and circuit board to be less expensive, easier to assemble and install.  
The ER HyZor (basic) Kit comes with complete instructions and a DVD needed to assemble, install and operate it.
The ‘HyZor Technology’ book is not needed to assemble the ER HyZor (basic) kit.  
The ‘HyZor Technology’ book is a resource for those people who would like to know about the ER HyZor Technology in depth, like why and how it works.  
The ‘HyZor Technology’ book details options and upgrades that the ER HyZor (basic) kit is designed to use.
We have no intention (at this time) of changing the chamber design in the ‘HyZor Technology’ book to match the ER HyZor (Basic) kit, but we will be putting the plans (for building the ‘kit’ type HyZor) into the appropriate HyZor Resources.

Yes.  First by saving money.  Brown’s Gas (BG) can cut your fuel bills dramatically with inexpensive home-built machines.  BG is being used as a health enhancement.  BG is being used to reduce the fuel consumption of vehicles.

After you’ve applied BG technology to your own life, then you can make money helping others do the same.

Then you can apply BG to make semi-precious rubies, saphires, emeralds and moonstone that your wife will love (I made some in the shape of hearts.You can shape quartz or weld jewelry.

You could rejuvinate a copper mine.  Getting 3 times more copper out of the mine than it originally produced.  Or you could neutralize atomic waste.

BG will, in a short time, affect every part of our lives.  It’s uses are limited only by our imaginations.

A team of people under the umbrella of a Company called Water Torch Collective, Ltd. (WTC) are working to promote Brown’s Gas.

A. The ER HyZor is designed to be mounted almost anywhere.
The location does not matter to the operation of the ER HyZor. Usually, the engine compartment is recommended.
Sometimes other components can be relocated to make room if space is tight.
Other favorite locations include: in front of the radiator, in fender wells, under dash, behind seat, in trunk.  
The ER HyZor electronic control circuit can also be located nearly anywhere that is protected from moisture.

A. Lye (as a catalyst) is added during the initial fill.
After that you refill with pure water.
The lye stays in the ER HyZor and does not need to be replenished.

A. Simply wait until you can get steam distilled water. The ER HyZor will keep itself shut off until water is added. 
Most pharmacies and grocery stores sell steam distilled water. 

A. Distilled water will reduce maintenance requirements.
De-ionized water can be used in a pinch but NOT recommended.
Do NOT use tap water.   Tap water is full of impurities.
Water turns into Brown’s Gas (a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen), which leaves all the impurities, that are in the water, to form sludge in the ER HyZor. The sludge will inhibit the efficient formation of Brown’s Gas.
