Should I drink Distilled Water?

In my opinion, YES! … BUT (see buts below)
There is a large controversy about using distilled water,  (miracle water),  (youth water)(distilled water facts) (no such thing as ‘safe’ tap water).

Also the myth of alkaline water has been disproven by science as research proves it was the hydrogen, not the pH that was/is healthful. 

…highly educated people (HEP) are saying NOT to drink distilled water, except for short periods of time.  They seem to be basing that opinion on:
1. The body’s need for ‘minerals’, particularly sodium chloride, magnesium and calcium.
2. The fact that pure water absorbs ALL elements (good and bad) and removes them from the body.
3. ‘Studies’ that indicate a ‘statistical trend’ that people drinking ‘hard’ water live longer.
           (Ignoring studies that show hard water reduces lifespan)

Advocates are even suggesting ADDING these minerals to water (more on that below)…
Note that these are often the same people that are adding industrial waste (fluoride) and other poisons (like chlorine) into our tap water… Ignoring the science that proves there is no such thing as SAFE tap water.
The medical ‘system’ has a Vested Interest in seeing us SICK, and I know very well that MANY ‘statistics’ in ‘health/drug studies’ are manipulatedSo it’s really hard for me to trust them.

…and health advocates (HA) are promoting drinking distilled water, for long term drinking.  
Since the health advocates have no vested interest (no profit to gain), it is easier for me to trust them.

In my opinion, there are things about water and minerals that the HEP either don’t know or are not considering or are willfully ignoring… Even knowledge of ‘primary water‘.  I’ll point out some of the discrepancies below:

Disclaimer: I’ll state up front that I have NO credentials to back up my opinion.  I’m not an MD and while my nutritional training is extensive, it is not certified.  My opinion is based on my  Agriculture College training, extensive independent research and experience…

So take my opinion and logic with a ‘grain of salt’ :)))  As you should with anyone’s opinion, even (or maybe even especially) those who wave credentials in your face as a ‘logical argument’ why you should trust them…
Doctors do NOT know everything, get minimal nutritional education  and (in a study done in 2016) Doctors are the third leading cause of DEATH in the USA.  NOW, (with the side effects of the gene therapy stabs included) they are the LEADING cause of death in the USA, and the average lifespan is dropping everyday because of it.

So frankly, I’d prefer to listen to the (HA) people who are NOT prolonging our illnesses (by only treating symptoms), causing illness (with drug side effects) and finally killing us with drugs, surgeries and other miss-applications of allopathic medical science…
Worldwide, Statistics consistently show that when Doctors go on strike, the death toll REDUCES!

And just so you know, I take my own advise and have been drinking distilled or deionized (reverse osmosis) water for at least 95% of my fluid intake since 2001.  I am quite healthy (healthier now, in 2023, than then) and continue to impress my doctors and dentists…But… I drink BG treated distilled water! See why that’s important below…

Both HEP and HA seem to agree that we all need about 8 glasses of water per day. Here’s a water (hydration) calculator.

Both HEP and HA agree that water often contains poisons, that you shouldn’t drink, like parasites, chlorine, fluoride, dioxins, heavy metals, hormones, drugs, deuterium, etc…
I also don’t recommend water ‘filters’ (like the Berkeley) because:
1. Most minerals in water are NOT bio-available and your body needs to deal with them, taking resources that are better spent keeping you healthy.
2. Most filters (even RO) Do Not remove pesticides, herbicides, drugs, hormones, etc.
3. Most filters do not sterilize the water for pathogens.
4. Most filters do not remove ‘light’ organics (like oils) that do not show up in a TDS test.
5. Filters don’t remove nano-plastics and even RO needs to have the water boiled first, so DISTILLATION is still the best way to get PURE WATER.

Water IS nature’s most perfect solvent and WILL absorb pretty much anything it comes in contact with.  This can be both a good or a bad thing for your health, depending on what is in your water when you drink it.

Or WAS in the water before you drank it!
HA also point out that water also has a ‘memory’ and can ‘remember’ if it had a toxin in it; which is the basis of the centuries old technology of homeopathy (mostly discounted by HEP).  This ‘memory’ can affect the body as the cells ‘read’ the water and respond to the ‘information’.

This is one reason why, in my opinion, water’s memory needs to be cleaned (of toxins), ‘erased’ and then healthful information ‘imprinted’… But that’s a whole separate subject.

Both HEP and HA agree that distilled water ‘detoxifies’ the body by absorbing toxic substances and helping the toxins to then be ejected from the body (through kidneys, skin, lungs, nose, etc.).
Water is not the only substance that can do this (for other examples see chelation therapyoxidative therapies and MMS), but water is certainly the most important, the most ‘benign’ and the most compatible with your body.

The KEY, in my opinion, is to pre-treat the water so that it will enhance your body’s health and health starts with eliminating all the toxins (and memory of toxins) from the water.

In my opinion, the BEST way to clean and totally detox water is with electrolysis.  Electrolysis actually pulls the water apart into oxygen and hydrogen molecules and then you can recombine the molecules to make pure ‘new water’… No toxins and no memory of toxins.
I’ll be teaching people how to do this PROPERLY and effectively (protocol 5), using my AquaCure technology.

But most people can’t do electrolysis, so distillation is an easy, simple way to ‘somewhat’ clean the water of contamination and memory.
THEN, and THIS is one of the KEY things the HEP are missing… Put LIFE back into the distilled water using one (or more) enhancing techniques.  Some techniques I use include:
1. Bubbling BG through the water.  I’ve been doing this for years.
2. Using a ‘flow through electrolyzer’ like the Kangen machines, to get electrically reduced water.  I’ve experimented with this, with positive (but limited) results; I’ll report on this in my eNews.
3. ‘Programming’ the water with materials (healthy substances), light (colors) and sound (usually classical music).

In the end you want water that has healthful characteristics, some that are measurable are:
1. A high pH (about 8), due to abundance of OH- or H- ions, NOT due to minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium (that’s cheating and NOT as healthy).
2. A NEGATIVE ORP (less than -200, I prefer -400).  This is water that gives electrons to your body, instead of eating your body like (electron deficient) acid… Water with a negative ORP has extra electrons.  Positive ORP is electron deficient.  Tap water is generally +400 or greater (so actually ROBS your body of electrons / energy).
3. CLEAN, of all minerals (a low TDS) and clean of toxic vibrations .  Then (preferably) have good vibrations added (get your vitamins and minerals from your food).
4. etc… There are many other healthy characteristics that aren’t currently measurable.

Both HEP and HA agree that distilled water also pulls ‘good’ minerals like calcium, sodium, potassium, trace minerals like magnesium, water soluble vitamins like vitamin C, etc., from the body; all of which must be replaced or the body becomes deficient.

BUT this is NORMAL!  All water does this.  The ONLY difference is that HEP say that the mineralized water ‘replaces’ some of the minerals that water normally absorbs and ejects.
In my opinion, this is generally INCORRECT.  Minerals in water are generally NOT bio-assimilable  so are worse than nothing!.  You need to get bio-available minerals from plant based sources (your food).

HEP also point out that fasting while drinking distilled water accelerates the loss of vital nutrients.  This is true… but it also accelerates the removal of toxins, which is one of the reasons to fast in the first place.  Fasting is a VERY healthy thing to do.  This has been known for a long time.  Some religions even require fasting.  Appropriately applied, it’s possible for some extremely obese people to fast for a YEAR.

So, in my opinion, you DO drink distilled water (even while fasting) and then replace the vital nutrients with an organic broth made from foods appropriate to your body and fast.

Both HEP and HA agree that drinking carbonated and sugar drinks are bad, recognizing that they lower body pH buffers and that acidity in the body is detrimental to health.
Note: ‘acid producing’ foods like meats, fried foods, dairy products, simple carbs, etc. also lower body pH buffers.
Note: stress (of all kinds) lowers body pH buffers.
Note: almost all sickness occurs in bodies that are low pH.
To live a long healthy life, you really should cut out (as much as practical) everything that takes away the body’s pH buffers.

The next discrepancy I see is HEP assuming that minerals in water are bio-absorbed by the body.  This is easly refuted logic (but no one seems to pay attention).  Just because the ‘gunk’ can get into the bloodstream does NOT mean it’s bio-absorbable.

My research indicates that (with a few exceptions, like sodium chloride) the only minerals that are truly bio-absorbable to us come from PLANTS and animal products.
We are omnivores and get our nutrition from eating plants and animals, not from ingesting minerals (dirt and rocks) directly.
The plants not only do things to the minerals that makes the minerals bio-absorbable but they also ADD micro-nutrients that most supplements do NOT give you.

For example, iron is vitally needed by the body, but you can’t get iron into your body by swallowing nails (pure elemental iron).  You CAN get bioavailable iron by eating spinach or kelp!
In fact, if you eat elemental iron (and most other minerals), the body treats it as a TOXIN and needs to get rid of it.  Lots of people are being poisoned by the minerals in their water.

My research shows that drug companies (and HEP) KNOW that their ‘minerals’ are not bio-absorbable.  For example: why do drug companies ‘chelate‘ their supplements?  Because they know that chelation increases bio-absorption.

I’m thinking you can’t have it both ways… If un-chelated minerals can be absorbed in the body, why do they try to find means (like chelation) to make them bio-absorbable?
And chelation may help the minerals get into the body, but can the body then actually USE the minerals or did you just poison yourself?

Pure water has a resistivity of 18.0MOhms giving it the action potential to pull inorganic, positively charged waste from the body. Dr. Allen E. Banik, Dr. Gary Null, Ph.D, DR. ARTHUR R. REYNOLDS and many many more, have all done extensive work on the benefits and importance of drinking ultrapure water. As a medical solvent, pure distilled water is used in Haemodialysis, CPAP and steam room therapy. Good, clean water, is essential for producing good clean hydrogen gas.

And BTW, it seems that even chelation isn’t all it’s cracked up to be… the minerals are STILL more bio-absorbable from plant (and animal) based sources AND plants give MANY phytonutrients needed by the body to properly absorb and use the minerals.
Minerals are also balanced when coming from plants; too much of one leads to a shortage of others as the body processes them.

The same is true of vitamins, natural sources are more bioavailable for a variety of reasons.

And an important note!  Just because techniques like chelation get a ‘mineral’ or ‘vitamin’ into your body, so it shows up in the blood, does NOT mean your body can actually USE IT!  The HEP would have you believe that if it shows up in the blood, it’s bioavailable and that’s NOT entirely true.

A personal example:
We had a cat that (in 2013) developed neuropathy so bad he couldn’t walk (lost the use of his limbs).  He’d hump like a seal to get to (and into) the pan to pee and poo.  He could not get over a 6″ high barrier. We made ramps for him to crawl up.
My wife found a Japanese scientist that was curing cats of neuropathy using vitamin B12.  We had the cat tested and he had MASSIVE of B12 in his blood (should be 60, was 600)… BUT it was the Cyanocobalamin form of B12 (naturally occurs in nature).
His body had lost the ability to convert Cyanocobalamin into Methylcobalamin (the bio-available form of B12).
We supplemented him with Methylcobalamin and he REGAINED the use of his limbs (within 3 months) so that at 16 years old he could jump up onto a table from the floor.

Just because a nutrient is in your blood, doesn’t mean that it is bioavailable.

AND, too much of anything (even bioavailable nutrients) can be seriously detrimental.

Take calcium, for example.
The body always tries to maintain a balance of all nutrients, so having too much calcium will result in either the body trying to ‘store’ the calcium inappropriately (calcification of the arteries) and/or a deficiency in one or more other minerals (like potassium or magnesium) as the body tries to ‘balance’ the nutrients in itself.
Again, a reason to get your nutrients from plants instead of supplements.  Plants tend to have balanced nutrients and the phytonutrients you need for health.

FYI, I’m NOT against supplemental vitamins and minerals.  But I think of them like drugs and use them in appropriate situations where they are NEEDED to restore health.
Note: if the supplementation has to continue for more than a month or two, there is/are underlying problem(s) that need to be addressed.

So, in conclusion:
I agree with HEP that drinking only pure DEAD distilled water for extended time would be ultimately detrimental.  BUT

That’s not what I recommend (or do myself).  I recommend for people to use distilled (or RO or electrically reduced) water as the BASE to then add life enhancing properties to the water, so you drink clean, healthy and hydrating water.

It’s my opinion that the benefit of starting with CLEAN water outweighs the “bad result” of good bio-absorbable minerals that get removed with the poisons.

It’s my opinion that people can get more (and better) bio-absorbable minerals from foods (and supplements) than from mineralized water.

And BTW, I’ve been to remote glaciers and seen glacial water in pools.  In one case the water was so clear that you could hardly see there was even water in the pool, even though it was 12 feet deep.
If glacial water is ‘milky’ it’s because it was flowing over mud and has picked up massive impurities.
And as far as “hair falling out in clumps” (from drinking distilled water), MY hair is actually thickening (growing back in) and darkening (I’m now salt and pepper instead of straight grey) I believe because I’m drinking the Brown’s Gas bubbled water and breathing the Brown’s Gas.

Frankly, most HEP do not know about Brown’s Gas or, in a lot of cases, even how to determine if water is actually good for health.
They stick to their ‘book learning’ because they feel their teachers must be more right than the new technology / knowledge.

Not even a little bit.  It doesn’t even make sense.  I wonder why he posted it?

Let’s replace the word ‘distilled’ with PURE in my responses and give some examples:
“Fasting using distilled water can be dangerous because of the rapid loss of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride) and trace minerals like magnesium, deficiencies of which can cause heart beat irregularities and high blood pressure. Cooking foods in distilled water pulls the minerals out of them and lowers their nutrient value.”
Pure water does help the body reduce impurities, both good and BAD (natural chelation), which you replace the good with your diet (which you wouldn’t get if fasting).  
Cooking foods in pure water doesn’t ADD non-bioavailable impurities to your food, and in most cases (like soup) anything the water takes out of food is STILL available as you eat the broth, etc.

First, SOME carbon dioxide is NEEDE by the body for HEALTH.
Second, The amount of carbon dioxide that is able to be absorbed (from the air) into distilled water is minimal and NO WAY it is enough to affect the body’s pH, particularly because the water drops into an ‘acid bath’ of the stomach AND the body MAKES huge volumes of Carbon Dioxide with normal metabolism, which you exhale normally.

What does this have to do with distilled water?
Adding ’shit’ to water automatically removes it from being PURE WATER.

The body’s pH is tightly controlled by mineral reserves.  Fasting would NOT change the body’s pH.
Note that pH testing of things like urine is testing what your body is ejecting, not what the pH is IN your body.
The mineral reserves WOULD need to be replenished, so do that with your diet!
In my opinion, the article above is an inappropriate hit piece on PURE WATER.

What’s the difference between the ER50 and the AquaCure?


The PRACTICAL difference in gas quality between the ER50 and the AquaCure isn’t noticeable in ongoing therapy.  
The AquaCure has less ExW, for sure, because I’m using the China chassis electrolyzer instead of my own (twice as efficient) technology; but (so far) we are finding the gas quality is not significantly less theraputic.  
I have NO reservations recommending the AquaCure for salons… In fact, oxygen bars are my very first target market (after filling the needs of my loyal customers).
The biggest difference is that the AquaCure is designed to be the world’s SAFEST and most PRACTICAL Brown’s Gas (BG, HydrOxy or HHO) electrolyzer, specifically optimized for Health Application.
The ER50 is a very basic electrolyzer to which you’ll need to add components and it has none of the safety features of the AquaCure.  It is (and it looks like it) an experimental proof of concept which I still sell BECAUSE it is a lower cost option for people who can’t afford the AquaCure, who have the skills to assemble it and are willing to undertake the extra responsibility of operating it safely.
Upgrading the ER50 to the safety standards of an EA-H160 AquaCure would be TERRIBLY PRICY.  Believe me, if it was practical I’d have done it instead of using a Chinese chassis.  
It’d cost me at least $2000.00 just for the parts (some of which are custom built and NOT available ‘off the shelf’).  I was NOT joking when I said I’d need to charge $5000 for an ER50 machine with AquaCure standards if 100% built in America.  China has CRAZY low prices and their quality has risen to an acceptable level (for some parts at least).  The Orient is also FAR ahead of America in Brown’s Gas applications.
I am going to be making a ‘course’ that explains exactly what I did to build the AquaCure so that anyone can start their own business building under their own brand name.   I think the $10,000 I’ll be charging for the course would be a good investment anyone.
There will be people who try to buy the AquaCure from me and try to reverse engineer it anyway, so I’m being pro-active so that I can assure myself they ‘do it correctly’ based on my DECADES (since 1986) of electrolyzer building experience.  It would cost them at least $10,000 to reverse engineer, including finding / designing all the components, etc.  It has cost me millions of dollars and decades of time to learn what I know… so I think that price is fair.
I really do want to get this Brown’s Gas for Health technology ‘out there’ in widespread use and the market is so HUGE that there’s room for lots of new millionaires.

Is my water pure enough? & How do I test it?

Q&D way to test for water purity:
Get your ohm meter and get a container of distilled water.Set up two (or more) glass or plastic (glass preferred) trays for your testing waters.
At room temperature and right away (to prevent carbon dioxide, from the air, contaminating the water) pour your distilled water into one of the trays. 
Find the distance you need to hold your probes apart to get a reading of 500,000 ohms.  Do the same test in whatever water you choose, to see if the water is (or even close) to 500,000 ohms (or better is preferred).Some helpful links:

Can the AquaCure make a room explode?

Hydrogen gas (the part of BG that is combustible) needs to be at least 4% in air by volume before it is combustible.  
Hydrogen rises VERY fast and diffuses in air VERY fast, so even a minimal ventilation would prevent a combustible mixture from forming in the room.  
Let’s do some math.  A 3 meter cube (a small room) contains 27,000 liters of space.  4% of 27,000 is 1,080 liters.
Assuming your electrolyzer makes 50 liters of hydrogen per hour, there would be (at least) 20 hours of continous use before a combustible mixture could form.
BUT: Hydrogen is a very tiny molecule and can fit through the smallest of cracks (it even travels through metals).  So it is almost impossible to contain in a room that has ANY ventilation.  Just opening a door once in awhile will ventilate a room enough to prevent a combustible mixture.
And this doesn’t take into account if a person is breathing the BG, so some of the hydrogen is being ‘consumed’ by the breather(s); just like oxygen is a room is consumed by breather(s).  
So, for practicality, just assume that if the room is ventilated well enough so that the breather(s) have enough fresh oxygen to breathe, that there can NEVER be a combustible mixture in the room (from an electrolyzer producing such small quantities of hydrogen).

How much water should I drink?

That question is answered in many places on the internetMayo Clinic advise.
HOWEVER, lots of people don’t realize the true importance (to their health) of drinking
A. enough water everyday,
B. what kind of water to drink and
C. when to drink it.

A. How much water is ENOUGH?

Your weight: The first step to knowing the minimum water to drink everyday is to know your weight. A 200 pound man and 100 pound woman require different amounts of water every day.
Multiply by 2/3: Next you want to multiple your weight by 2/3 (or 67%) to determine the minimum of water to drink daily. For example, if you weighed 175 pounds you would multiple that by 2/3 and learn you should be drinking about 117 ounces of water every day. There are 32 ounces in a quart, so drink about 3.6 quarts a day… Betcha aren’t 🙂
Activity Level: Finally you will want to adjust that number based on how often you work out, since you are expelling water when you sweat and breathe. Your body also needs more water to expel the metabolic toxins.  You should add 12 ounces of water to your daily total for every 30 minutes that you work out. So if you work out for 45 minutes daily, you would add 18 ounces of water to your daily intake.

B. What KIND of water should you drink?
What most water ‘experts’ don’t tell you is that MOST of the water people actually drink is DEHYDRATING!  I’m not even talking about the pseudo-hydration people drink (coffee, soft-drinks, sports drinks, etc.) I’m talking about straight water.
Please watch this 1.5 hour video “Your Brain on Water” to see Dr. Corinne Allen speak on hydration.  Note that she is convinced that Kangen water is the best, because she doesn’t yet know about HydrOxy water.  But she is CORRECT on all her other facts.
You want your water to be CLEAN.  MOST impurities in water cause problems in the body. Most minerals in water are NOT bio-available (you get bio-available minerals from plants)! Tap water also contains hormones, toxins, pharmaceuticals, etc.  Read more here.
You want your water to be high pH (potential of hydrogen), but ONLY because it is PURE water that contains extra HYDROGEN.  It’s the HYDROGEN that makes the water to be a superior anti-oxidant (better than vitamin C).  Many technologies CHEAT by adding minerals to increase pH and fraudulently advertise this as ‘healthy’ alkaline.  Kangan machines (and many other technologies) can add hydrogen to water; but which is the healthiest?
You want your water to be LOW oxygen reduction potential (ORP).This is VITAL… This is what actually causes water to be HYDRATING!
It’s pretty simple, yet medical science has MISSED IT for hundreds of years.
ORP is measured with a milliamp meter.  For amps to ‘flow’ you need a difference in electrical potential; which literally means one area has more ELECTRONS than another area.  Electrons have a NEGATIVE charge.
If the water is electron deficient, it will TAKE electrons from your body (dehydrating).  If the water is electron rich, it will GIVE electrons to your body (hydrating).
The ORP meter is ‘neutral’ so if there is a deficiency of electrons, the reading will be positive (most tap water will be positive >400 mA).  If there is an EXCESS of electrons, the reading will be negative (BG or HydrOxy bubbled water will read – 250 mA or less).
Bubbling BG through water makes water electron rich because of the Electrically Expanded Water (ExW) component of BG.  ExW is water that has ‘soaked up’ electricity like a sponge soaks up water, turning into a gaseous form of water that is not water vapor or steam.  ExW will not condense if cooled like water vapor will.  ExW is water’s fourth state of matter, a plasma (ionized gas).
ExW contains bio-available ENERGY that the body can directly use to heal itself, activate stem cells, kill pathogens, etc.  Which is why breathing the BG (in addition to drinking BG bubbled water) is so effective.
C. WHEN you drink your water is important to optimal health.   Every-body is different so you’ll need to modify these suggestions to fit what works for you.
1. Drink at least a quart (liter) of BG bubbled water immediately upon waking up in the morning.
2. Set up bottles and routine to drink your daily water throughout the day.
3. If you feel hungry, DRINK BG bubbled water first; as much as a quart.  If the hunger persists, THEN have a light meal or snack.  MOST people confuse thirst for hunger.
Your body is composed of 62% hydrogen.  It needs hydrogen for EVERYTHING. Hydrogen is your most important nutrient.  Water is the low calorie, low carbohydrate way the body can get hydrogen.  When you eat ‘food’ you also get hydrogen as the bacteria in your colin break the ‘hydrocarbon’ food apart into hydrogen and carbon; but food also adds calories and carbs.
4. DO drink a quart (liter) of BG bubbled water before a meal, then wait 20 to 30 minutes before eating.  This lowers the NEED for excess food to get your hydrogen, helps the body increase it’s metabolic rate, provides water for acid formation to help digest food, increases the density of the blood to help nutrition reach the cells, etc.
5. Sip BG bubbled water constantly during exercise.  You would be amazed at how much water the body needs to work efficiently.

Why does Brown’s Gas supplementation help Health?

Please explain simply and comprehensibly – BG Gas and its positive effects on health – to a 15-year-old student.

Simple and comprehensive are diametrically opposed.
A comprehensive explanation requires many hours to explain and will still leave questions unanswered.
A simple explanation is all I have time for here.  Giving links so you can do a self-study.

The average body is 62% hydrogen, 24% oxygen, 12% carbon and 2% everything else (by volume).
Hydrogen is involved, directly or indirectly in every chemical process in the body.
So hydrogen is our most important MACRO-NUTRIENT, which has been ignored until now.  Hydrogen is a FOOD!
The well touted vitamins and minerals are all micro-nutrients compared to hydrogen.

We cannot just breathe in hydrogen like oxygen, because hydrogen does not exist ‘free’ in nature.
We normally get our hydrogen from our food.  Most of our ‘foods’ foods contain ‘hydro-carbons’ (a mixture of hydrogen and carbon).
Our digestion system prepares our food (acids, enzymes, etc.) and then specialized bacteria in the Colon complete the process of ‘digestion’ releasing the hydrogen… Which then goes directly into the bloodstream through the walls of the intestines.
Betcha didn’t know you ‘breathe’ in your guts 🙂

By using antibiotics, artificial sweeteners and other chemicals in our food, we’ve decimated our hydrogen-producing bacteria.  So, most people are NOT getting enough hydrogen to stay healthy.
Without sufficient hydrogen we become ’starved’ even if we eat plenty of food.  De-hydrated in the most basic sense.

Our bodies are AMAZING organic machines.  We have built in ‘safety mechanisms’ to preserve life.  Like how the blood flow is shut off to the extremities to preserve core temperature when the body is threatened with hyopthermia.
The hydrogen starvation causes the body to shut off extraneous (not immediately life threatening) functions in order to preserve life, starting with the regeneration system (so we scar and age) and then features of the immune system (so we get sick and auto-immune disease).  Then start to shut down organs (and we die)…

Thus, by not taking care of our guts properly, eating so many ‘chemicals’ and the modern miracle of antibiotics, we have doomed ourselves to slow and painful aging and death.

But there is now hope for healthful joyous living…  Hydrogen supplementation… Particularly if you also add ExW.

If provided enough hydrogen on a daily basis, most bodies will repair their organs, reactivate their immune systems and regeneration systems.  This does take TIME, as the cells regenerate, each new generation healthier as they get enough hydrogen.

So (with me after I started Brown’s Gas inhalation) my heart, eyes and skin healed (organs that were struggling).  I’d had a heart murmur, wore glasses for 50 years and In more recent years I’d lost the feeling in the palm of my left hand and on both shins (neuropathies).
Now my heart murmur is gone, I don’t wear glasses anymore and I have full feeling back in my hand and legs.

Then my warts (a virus) disappeared.  My immune systems got strong enough to kick out hand warts and a planter’s wart I had on my foot.  So my immune systems came back online.

And then my scars (which are patches instead of healing) disappeared…  THAT was a WOW moment… Because to do that meant that (even though I’m over 60 years old) my body’s stem cells have been reactivated!

Science is proving that virtually all ailments are caused by or exacerbated by…Lack of Hydrogen!  People are ‘de-hydrated’ in the most basic sense of the word.

Caveat:  When inhaling Brown’s Gas, at first supplement SLOWLY.  A few minutes a couple or three times a day.  Increasing by a couple of minutes every day until you are breathing HydrOxy for about 20 minutes three times a day.  After that you should be able to breathe as much as you want, there’s no toxic limit because once the blood is saturated with hydrogen, you breathe OUT as much as you breathe IN.

The reason you start slow is because hydrogen is a FOOD and you’ve been STARVING for a long time.  If you were fasting for a month (from regular food), you wouldn’t start eating again with a 9 course meal (you’d get sick).  You’d start with a little bowl of soup.  Same thing here.

Science is also showing a 30% to 50% healthful life extension with hydrogen supplementation.

If Hydrogenated Foods are bad, Why is Hydrogen Good?

There has been much talk about hydrogen being healthy but also about hydrogenated foods (particularly oil) being unhealthy due to the thickening of fluids.Will you please as briefly as possible explain where my thinking is errant.

That is actually a really good question, that I’d forgotten to address.
Many people would wonder the same thing.

There is a HUGE difference between pure hydrogen gas and ‘hydrogenated’ products.  It’s like comparing water and lard.
Both are mostly made of hydrogen but the way the hydrogen atoms are attached to other atoms that make up the molecules makes a HUGE difference to health.

It’s like Chlorine is a harmful gas (it’d kill you if you breathed it) and Sodium is a caustic metal (it’d instantly burn you in it’s pure form), but put them together correctly and you have Sodium Chloride which is table salt and NEEDED by the body.  So it’s important to not ASSUME that because something SOUNDS similar, that it is similar.

Normal fat and oils are relatively healthy, a great source of concentrated energy (much more nutritious than sugar).  But about the mid 1900’s some chemist discovered that if you bubble pure hydrogen through oil or fat then you get a ‘product’ that has a MUCH longer shelf life… Mostly because it’s a poison and won’t support life of bacteria that would make ordinary fats ‘go bad’.

So they fed us this ‘frankin-food’ (so called trans-fats) in replacement of (then vilified) normal butter and cooking oils.  It was all about the marketing and profits, having nothing to do with health…

Unfortunately, these trans-fats also poison the bacteria in our guts that create our NORMAL hydrogen from our food, so trans-fats are another reason that people are now hydrogen deficient.

How do I measure the ExW portion of the Brown’s Gas?

How would I go about determining the % of “Electrically Expanded Water” (Browns Gas) is in the output of my generator?
A technical way, find a spectro analysis machine and test the ‘wet’ gas and ‘dry’ gas for H2O.  The portion of H2O in the ‘dry’ gas is ExW.  Extrapolate percentage to whatever volume you are producing.  Be careful what method you use to dry the gas because you do not want to lose the extra electrons that form the cold negative plasma form of water (the ExW).
The inference way.  Measure the gas volume and wattage input, dry the gas (to remove water moisture) and do the same, compare to Faraday Efficiency, subtract the ‘reasonable’ electrolysis inefficiencies and the volume left is ExW.  Calculate the percentage from the above volumes.
If there is any other way, I’m not yet aware of it.
The ExW is inextricably associated within the mixture.  I know of no way to make it or separate it without destroying it.
