I used to put out an eNews once a month or so… It’s now been many months since we sent out an eNews and even then it’s been only once or twice a year for several years.

Sorry, people, I’m just SWAMPED with ‘gotta-dos’… I work insane hours (3AM to 8PM) and we keep hiring more people but the work needing done seems to grow even faster.

OK, pity party over :))))  Good Lord, I have NOTHING to complain about.

I have SO MUCH to report that I’ll only be able to touch on SOME of the high points today.

Next, people have been asking about our AquaCure Manufacturing Course

that we were going to launch in 2021.  Frankly… When I presented it to marketing experts they ABSOLUTELY SLAMMED ME with some high value TRUTHS.  If we had released it ‘like I intended’ it would have created CHAOS in the marketplace, with everyone competing and fighting online, destroying the genre… Exactly the opposite of what needs to happen.

So, in our ’spare time’ (LOL…) We’ve been totally rebuilding our businesses and Marketing Plan so that when we release the ’new’ ways of mass production and sales.  It will foster LOCAL (NOT online) sales, collaboration, cooperation and much better customer support.  It is a HUGE undertaking.  I do not know how long this will take, with everything else going on, but we are ACTIVELY working on it.  Sorry about the delay.

Next, people have been asking about the Nano-bubbling, and DDW / New Water attachments for the AquaCure.

Same story, TIME.  But we’ve now hired people to primarily work on those projects, solving technical / practical issues to design reliable commercial versions.  Again, I do not know how long it’ll take…

Next, WE NOW HAVE WATERLOVERS distillers back in stock.  We sold out of them last Spring and it’s been difficult to get them here as there was one weird delay after another.  But they’ve arrived, so anyone who was waiting, you can now order.

MANY things have been happening in our lives, it’d take a book to detail them, so just some quick highlights.

1. My bank of many years (never even bounced a check) FIRED ME, stating that i ‘posed a significant risk to the bank’…. ME, a cowboy from the bush, poses a ‘significant risk’ to KEYBANK?  I think there’s more to that story than anyone would tell me; and believe me, I asked “What Did I Do Wrong?” and they would NOT tell me, no matter whom I asked they just repeated “I pose a significant risk to the bank”  So there’s that…

My advise to people… I can see the ‘writing on the wall’ in 10 foot high letters, that the elite that want to remove 90% of the world’s population (they consider us to be a virus on the planet and they’ve created a ‘vaccine’ for that); are weaponizing the financial systems to control the remaining population.

Anyone doing things that do not fit ’their’ system and expectations will find their ‘income’ messed with.

Look how they seized the Bank accounts of those people who donated to the Truckers in Canada, and how they’ve de-banked (like they did with me) people like Trump and Dr. Mercola (and those are just the ones we hear about… How many are small fry like ME?).

2. We’ve had SEVERAL MAJOR attacks on our websites, luckily, because I’ve had EXPERIENCE with major suppression in the past (in my selling fuel savers days), I have multiple levels of security in place that repelled every attack.  And as we were being actively attacked, we beefed up even that security, so besides some glitches and upgrades, we’ve not gone offline.  Our website does look ‘dated’, being designed in 1996, but it is robust 🙂

Side note:  I KNOW the world needs fuel saving technology like I developed, but I’m only one guy and at the moment 100% of my time is being dedicated to the AquaCure, helping as many people as possible achieve and maintain health… Because without health, you have NOTHING.

3. The IRS has been investigating me.  I’m not supposed to know but I’ve personally seen physical documentation from a whistleblower.  Nothing seems to have come of it so far…  It appears to be a side effect of KeyBank firing me; I THINK KeyBank thought I was laundering money because I don’t use banks ’traditionally’… I don’t trust banks with my money… Now… They’ve proven me right???

Another thing I don’t do ‘traditionally’ is volunteer to pay income tax I do not owe.  I tell you this because I’m thinking MOST of my readers ALSO don’t ACTUALLY OWE income tax and I’m thinking they could use that money to help themselves much better than depending on the government…  Note that you can file to GET YOUR TAXES BACK for up to 3 years.

I haven’t paid ANY Federal Income tax since 1977 because NONE of my ‘income’ qualifies as ‘income’ as defined in the Income Tax Code (a nuance that the IRS is very careful NOT to tell people).

I have letters from the IRS (and NY State) saying my $0 1040 filings were accepted as correct AND the last time I filed 1040(s) I was actually FINED FOR FILING because the IRS defines a legitimate $0 1040 as ‘frivolous’ if there was no reason to file, and issued me a frivolous filing fine of $5000 for each instance.

For my USA readers…The KEY to KNOW is that:

A. If you OWE MONEY you must file and pay your just taxes… But, they do NOT tell you what you DO and Do NOT owe (it’s up to you to find out for yourself, which you will NEVER LEARN if you listen to IRS trained accountants and book-keepers).  Instead see https://losthorizons.com/

B. or if they OWE YOU money, you must file to get it back… MOST ‘employers’ take money from people and give it to the IRS because they do not understand what is, AND IS NOT… taxable INCOME as per the IRC.  People just assume ALL money coming in, is taxable income (which is NOT true).  People are NOT KNOWING that ’taxable’ income is NOT the same as ‘all’ income.  Be careful to learn what is actually TAXABLE income.

C. If you DO NOT OWE any taxes and if they ASK you to file, YOU MUST FILE, even if it is $0; which they asked and I did for years.  I have the letters stating they reviewed my submissions and I OWE NO TAX… So they QUIT ASKING (and then I made a mistake that I’ll tell you about so you do not make the same mistake).

NOTE: It is NOT against the law for the IRS to accept DONATIONS, which is how they treat all the money that people ‘voluntarily’ pay when they DO NOT OWE taxes.  Pete Hendrickson appropriately calls it the ‘ignorance tax’.  Pete’s teachings have ’saved’ people MANY millions of dollars for several decades now.

If you DO NOT OWE Federal income tax ($0 1040) and they DO NOT ASK you to file (and you aren’t asking for a refund)… THEN they can legitimately and legally FiNE YOU a $5000 ‘wasting our time’ frivolous filing fee (who knew?).

I THOUGHT that I was legally required to file even if I owed no tax… I was WRONG! 

The last time I filed because I thought I’d be preemptive and ‘get it done for the years 2019 and 2020, sending in my $0 1040 with supporting paperwork… But they hadn’t asked… and then I got fined, because you are NOT REQUIRED TO FILE if you owe no tax…

So I’ve learned 🙂  They haven’t asked me for a 1040 since requesting my 2018 1040.
