This is a direct replacement for the normal ‘fish tank’ style bubbling stones normally used by bubblers.

It is ‘better’ in that it will NOT erode (shed small particles) over time and it can be sterilized if desired.

The bubble size is similar to the fish tank stones.

Description

If you have a Drinking Water Jar with the 1/4″ ID x 3/8″ OD down tube to the bubbling stone, you’ll also need an ‘adaptor’ piece of hose.  The quickest is to go to the local hardware store and get a short length of Vinyl tube.

1/8″ ID x 1/4″ OD.  You only need 3/8″ long but they’ll likely sell you a foot.
