A. Only if the carburetor has factory installed oxygen sensor(s).
With the electronic upgrade to the Carburetor Enhancer, you are adding an oxygen sensor to your exhaust. But the Electronic Carburetor Enhancer (that you build yourself) oxygen sensor does not need an EFIE because the carburetor doesn’t have a ‘factory’ computer with inappropriate programming.
