What vehicles can the ER HyZor be applied
to?
A. It can be
used on any fossil fuel internal
combustion engine. The Basic (2006) kit is
recommended for engines up to 5-6 liter size.
Larger engines require a commercial size ER
HyZor (Expected ETA Spring 2007).

Q.
Why do I require the EFIE or Carburetor
Enhancer?
A. When you
add any fuel saving technique or device (from
any company) to a vehicle, the fuel flow from
the regular fuel system needs to be reduced
to maximize your gains.
The EFIE is
an interface technology that allow fuel
savers to work on modern vehicles. The EFIE
is a circuit that is installed into the
oxygen sensor signal wire and helps the
vehicle's computer automatically cut back the
fuel consumption as combustion efficiency is
increased. Without the EFIE you can often
LOSE mileage when applying fuel saving
techniques.
The
Carburetor Enhancer is a simple carburetor
custom tuning technique. It gives you greater
control over the air:fuel ratio. Starting
with the easy and inexpensive basic
version.

Why is the ER HyZor (Basic) kit expensive to
ship?
A. Having
experienced by many suppression techniques in
the past; we are taking extraordinary
measures to assure that you actually get your
ER HyZor. The last time we introduced a kit,
the postal service of both the USA and Canada
'lost' most of the kits. Past events are

variety of shipping methods, tracking,
signature required, insurance and serial #
registration to assure that we can know when
they go missing and can make someone

A. There are
too many variables to give an exact answer.
These variables include but are not limited
to: vehicle make, model, engine size, fuel
system, maintenance, condition, fuel saving
method, options applied, etc.
In our
research, personal experience and customer
testimonials so far, mileage gains average

Why is ER HyZor (Basic) kit different than
the HyZor Technology book?
A. The HyZor
Technology is identical. Everything in the
'HyZor Technology' book is applicable to the
ER HyZor (basic) Kit except that we have
designed the chamber, components and circuit
board to be less expensive, easier to
assemble and install.
The ER HyZor
(basic) Kit comes with the instructions
needed to assemble, install and operate it.
Since the 'HyZor Technology' book is not
needed for the ER HyZor (basic) kit, it is
sold separately.
The 'HyZor
Technology' book is provided as a resource
for those people who would like to know about
the ER HyZor in depth.
The 'HyZor
Technology' book details upgrades that the ER
HyZor (basic) kit is designed to use. We have
no intention (at this time) of changing the
chamber design in the 'HyZor Technology' book
to match the ER HyZor (Basic)
kit.

Q.
Does installing a ER HyZor affect my vehicle
Warranty?
A. NO. It is
an after-market product that does not modify
the original specifications of your vehicle.
By law, in
North America, vehicle and engine
manufacturers cannot void a warranty if the
customer adds any after-market product.
A specific
example is the Magnusson-Moss Consumer
Product Warranty Act of 1992 that states
manufacturers may not void a warranty if
after-market product(s) are used or added
unless that equipment manufacturer can
demonstrate that the product(s) caused harm
to the engine.
Further, if
there is a warranty claim, and the
manufacturer wishes to 'blame' the
after-market product, the onus and cost is on
the manufacturer to prove how the product
caused the issue in question.
Even if they
can prove an after-market device caused a
problem, they still cannot void their
warranty. They (quite rightly) just don't
have to pay for specific damage caused by
some other product.
We've
designed the ER HyZor to safely and smoothly
interact with all vehicle fuel, electrical
and electronic systems. Aside from improper
installation we calculate there is zero risk
of damage to the vehicle or
engine.
We are
providing additional information online for

Q.
Is it possible to combine ER HyZor with HyCO
2DT to get greater fuel
economy?
A. Assuming
you have a turbocharged engine, yes. But the
gains are not totally additive. Assuming each
gets about 10% separately, together they'd
get about 15%.

Can we add Water Injection?
You can add
water to compensate for the fuel mass that
you have reduced. See our 'HyZor Technology'
book and 'Water Injection' Manual for
details.

Q.
How does the HyCO2A compare to the ER HyZor
System?
The ER HyZor
and HyCO 2A are different technologies and
react differently to each application.
Generally, the ER HyZor will get about 50% of
what the HyCO 2A would get. They do not get
'more' savings if combined.
I like the
ER HyZor because it is simpler to install,
smaller and shaped to fit in tight spaces,
less likely to have 'fuel' leaks and has no
issues with fuel injection systems MAP
sensor.
The finished
installation cost of them both is about the
same. The HyCO 2A does have virtually zero
maintenance once installed. The ER HyZor
requires periodic water filling.

Q.
Does the ER HyZor have to be standing
vertically?
A.
The ER HyZor should be standing up straight
for the most efficient operation. A couple of
degrees of angle in any direction, won't
cause problems.

Where can the ER HyZor be
installed?
A.
The ER HyZor is designed to be mounted almost
anywhere. The location does not matter to the
operation of the ER HyZor. Usually, the
engine compartment is recommended. Sometimes
other components can be relocated to make
room if space is tight. Other favorite
locations include: in front of the radiator,
in fender wells, under dash, behind seat, in
trunk.
The ER HyZor
electronic control circuit can also be
located nearly anywhere. However, it does
need to be protected from
moisture.

Q.
How is the Brown's Gas delivered into the
combustion chamber?
A.
We
recommend mixing the Brown's Gas into the air
before the ir goes through the engine's
filter.

HyZor Technology book details other
alternatives.
Q.
Why doesn't the ER HyZor (basic) Kit come
with all the parts?
A.
There are several reasons.
We provide
the parts that:
1. Need to
be 'custom' built with tools not commonly
available;
2. Are
common to all installations;
3. May vary
in the marketplace, so our parts assure
proper 'fit';
4. Could be
difficult to acquire locally.
Fewer parts
keep the cost of the (basic) Kit lower. Every
part no matter how small, requires ordering,
inventory, preparation, packaging,
shipping.
The parts
not included (wires, terminal ends, hose,
etc.) are locally available at reasonable
costs in small quantities. These additional
parts usually cost $20 - $40.
Our legal
and insurance advisors also tell us sad, but
true &emdash; this is a post 9/11 world.
Having people buy components from more than
one source limits our liability.
Buying parts
from various sources also limits the ability
of 'Vested Interest' to stop the ER HyZor
Technology. For customers who prefer to
source all of the parts themselves and Not
buy any parts from us, we sell the HyZor
Technology book (complete technology
disclosure), so the technology will continue
if we are suppressed.
